Shipping / Delivery Policy

1. Nature of products

DPOCertification.Org sells digital educational services only (online courses, assessments, and downloadable certificates). We do not ship physical books, kits, or hardware.

2. Delivery mode & duration

Delivery is electronic:

• LMS access is unlocked immediately after successful PayU payment confirmation (typically within minutes; in rare cases up to twenty-four (24) hours if a payment status is delayed)
• PDF certificates are available for download from your account after you pass the required assessments
• Service emails are sent to your registered email address

3. No courier / logistics

Because there is no physical shipment, there is no courier partner, tracking number, or delivery PIN for goods. If access is not visible within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact support with your PayU txnid.

4. International learners

Digital access is available worldwide where the Platform can be reached. Prices are listed in INR. Local taxes or bank FX charges (if any) are billed by your payment provider.
