Return & Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Return & Refund Policy applies to paid digital learning products sold by Arpit Garg (DPOCertification.Org) on DPOcertifications.org. All products are digital services (online courses, exams, and certificates). There are no physical goods to “return”.

2. Refund eligibility window (duration)

You may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of the successful payment date, if all of the following are true:

• You have not completed more than twenty percent (20%) of the enrolled course lessons
• You have not been issued a completion certificate for that enrolment
• The request is emailed to our support address within the 7-day window

3. Non-refundable situations

Refunds are generally not available when:

• More than 7 calendar days have passed since payment
• You have substantially consumed the course (over 20% of lessons completed) or obtained a certificate
• The purchase was made under a custom enterprise invoice with different contractual terms
• Access was obtained through a promo, scholarship, or zero-price enrolment

4. Refund mode

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method via PayU (the same UPI, card, or netbanking instrument used at checkout). We do not issue cash refunds.

Timeline: we aim to initiate the refund within five (5) business days of approval. Your bank or UPI provider may take an additional three (3) to ten (10) business days to reflect the credit.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@dpocertification.org with subject “Refund request”, your registered account email, PayU transaction ID (txnid), programme name, and reason. We will confirm eligibility within three (3) business days.
