Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This Cancellation Policy covers paid enrolments on DPOcertifications.org. Purchases are one-time digital enrolments (not auto-renewing subscriptions) unless an enterprise contract states otherwise.

2. Cancellation before access is used (duration)

You may cancel a paid enrolment within twenty-four (24) hours of payment if you have not started any lesson in that programme. Cancellation in this window is treated as a refund request under our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Cancellation after learning has started

After you start lessons, you may stop using the programme at any time. Stopping use does not automatically create a refund right beyond the 7-day refund eligibility rules.

We do not charge recurring fees for standard individual enrolments, so there is no ongoing billing to cancel after the one-time purchase.

4. How we process cancellations

Email support@dpocertification.org with subject “Cancellation request”, your account email, programme name, and PayU txnid. We will confirm within three (3) business days and revoke future access where appropriate.

5. Our right to cancel

We may cancel an enrolment and refund (or refuse access) if payment fails, fraud is suspected, terms are violated, or the programme is discontinued. Where we cancel for reasons other than your breach, we will provide a proportionate refund.
